Hey everyone! Just wanted to let you know that I am now a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine! I am so excited to start this new chapter in my life and help others reach their fitness goals. It's a challenging and rewarding career, and I can't wait to get out there and get some hands-on experience.

I am planning to intern or volunteer at a local gym or fitness facility to gain some practical experience and build my portfolio. I am also committed to continuing my education and staying up-to-date on the latest research and trends in the fitness industry.

I know that building a successful career as a personal trainer requires hard work and dedication, but I am so excited about the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others. If you or anyone you know is interested in working with a personal trainer, please don't hesitate to reach out. I am here to help you achieve your health and fitness goals! Thanks for all your support on this journey.

My workout logs will be back shortly. Unfortunately, I sustained a lower back injury while squatting and am just now getting back into my full workouts after trying to maintain and heal from the injury.
