I QUIT MY JOB

What a title huh?

This is not how this journey was supposed to start but such is life.

I truly believe that the mark of any good leader is that they leave the team and company better than when they arrived. I hold my head high as I embark on this journey because I believe I did just that.

As I think about the team I am leaving behind, I am not saddened but filled with pride because I was a small part of the incredible growth of every one of you. It is all of you who are the heartbeat of the organization and I am so fucking proud of all of you.

“What we fear doing most is usually what we most need to do.” – Tim Ferriss

This is definitely what I needed to do.

I used to get home from work at 5 PM and be exhausted, so I would:

Binge Netflix

Play video games for hours

Smash a 6 pack

It was such a negative cycle that it was ruining my life and I was the one that was letting it.

Once I truly realized what was happening, I had to do something about it.

You can do the same thing. Don’t wait another day.

The idea for this website has been in my head for about 5 years now. I started to make it 4 years ago but never followed through. I am done making excuses. I am committed 100%.

I want to share my journey and I want to hear about others as well. We often find strength in people on the same mission as us. If you are here there is a very good chance we are on the same mission. I want you to help me and I want to help you.
