DB Lat Raise 2x10 @25lbs 1x10 @20lbs

Hammer Strength Press Burnout

BB Shrug 3x15 @135lbs

Upright Row 3x12 @45lbs

Hanging Leg Raise x 50

Decline Sit Up 3x10


Diet same as first day and will remain the same every day
